If I can walk, I like to get outside to walk. Listening to the sounds of nature, looking at the flora and fauna around me, and gazing at the sky really lifts my spirits. When I can’t get outside, I like do something productive like sewing, quilting, or knitting. If I just want to be quiet, I’ll read. If a friend or family member is available I love to visit, play games, or share a meal with them.
